Who's cross? This is just an example of an outrageous business concept that
could work. I am concerned about concrete in a tank. This could make water
excessively hard. I keep chiclids with PVC pipe. That is the tradition.
Once the algae gets all over it, all rocks and plastic pretty much look the
same.
