Red Eye Tetra (Moenkhausia sanctaefilomenae)
I used them for my tank. They grow big enough that the Angels can't
eat them and are docile enough that they leave the Angels alone. They
are also good dither fish and keep the Angels out and about if you
have a planted tank.
