also check at faucet were you collect water for tank
I was having problem with nitrated also I found my problem in the faucet
water before it was NO3 0 at faucet was NO3 15
hope this might help
(I also replaced that faucet)

are you changing the water? if so stop.. that will delay the cycle
you should check the nitrAtes they are a good indicator of where your filter is
in the cycle
