Oh my.
It's not bad enough people stuff Bettas in the silly things, but now
they have pictured a Platy along with a Goldfish in 2 gallon, or6.7
liter "tank"!
In the product details they tell you how no pump or filtration needed,
and that you can "keep goldfish bettas or any other easy to maintain
fish "!!
I guess they don't know that both fish they have pictured NEED
filtration to stay alive.
The platy needs a heater, and the Goldie is lacking 8-13 gallons of
tank space (they should have between 10-15 gallons for the fancy
types).
It's bad enough that Bettas were kept in these unheated things.
Let's not forget the little fact that Goldies shouldn't ever be housed
with warm water tropicals, but hey...the thing isn't going to live
long anyway in that thing. It'll soon die of ammonia poisoning or
suffocate to death in not time.

Geez, I guess I was mistaken to move my betta into a large tank then
when I could have just use the above wonderful product.

Thanks for the heads-up! I haven't seen any of these yet, but at
least I won't be surprised if I do in the not to distant future. Oh
well, maybe it'll give me the chance to educate somebody.

Oh, the things that I would to do to the moron who wrote the copy for
that advert. Gee, I have an idea,...Lets put the pea-brain in a tiny box
and bury him/her in the ground for a while,...Then maybe he/she would
understand a wee bit better.~Dean.
