Seems to me this Tynk person with the aol accress has a chip on his
shoulder and for some reason or other is dead set on destroying an
otherwise recovering news group. Perhaps its time Tynk learns how to use
kill filters and moves on with his life and stop being so interuptive to
others, and I am sure any "others" would soon stop this crazy mess as well.
The other Tynk with a yahoo email address seems to take a defensive posture
in defense of this and other groups which do seem to have a lot of regulars
that like to play both sides of the rules.

Can't say I agree 100% with either of them, but hopefully both will stop.

Hi Huey:

About 10 days ago a guy named "godzilla" posted an note to the
real Tynk (a lady with an AOL address). He urged her to just ignore
Roy, in the belief that Roy (Tynk with a yahoo address) would
eventually give up harassing her.
The real (AOL) Tynk ignored godzilla and continues to attack
Roy, on a regular, ongoing .basis. I am now convinced (and probably
so are many others) that the real lady Tynk has become _just_ as
bad as Roy, and is now his mirror-image. She doesn't want Roy to
quit. She just wants to keep the fight going.
I used to respect her, and sympathized with her situation.
Not any more. She has become Roy's double. I'm ready to kill-file
both. Its a shame that this newsgroup has had to suffer the
consequences of their childish behaviour.

Roy: grow up.
Tynk: you grow up too!

PS: Roy used to atttack me to, when I used a different name. I
continued to ignore him, and he finally gave up. Now I very rarely
get a hit from him. Lady (AOL) Tynk could do the same, but won't.
In fact, her posts intentionally just keep egging him on.

Computers in the hands of infantile adults -what a pity and what a
waste.

The truth is I *have* ignored him in the past.
It didn't work.
If this moron harrassed you as much, and for as long as he is me (as
well as Reel McKoi for years), going after your children, as vulgar,
and impersonating you in same way he has done me, I doubt you could
simply ignore it.
In reality, I would love for him to stop.
In reality, none of this crap went on while he was on his forced leave
of abscence, so your "enlightenment" was incorrect.

If you only knew who I really was, the first 4-5 sentences of your
response would crumble into dust.
Ignoring him __does__ work, even though it may take months.

In your case, you shot yourself in the foot. By replying to him so
often, he knows you can't let it go. Now it might take you 6 months
to a year or more.
Could you (would you) hold your tongue that long????

As godzillla said, Roy feeds off the response itself, not what is
in the response. Starve him for 6 months or a year, and he will go
elsewhere and attack someone else.
But the problem is, he now knows that you are a smorgasbord, and
so he is apt to stick around a lot longer than he otherwise would
have. You brought it on yourself.

I'll drink to that................At least IU am not that ignorant to
deny what is blackand white and that I had participated in an attempt
to oust Carol according to Gill and Jans and Tynks desires, as I
seenthe light and it was just wrong to do............Tynk aka Kelly
however has no scrupples and is hell bend on one thing, Total control
of aquaria groups.just not gonna happen.
