How much Vitamin C do goldfish need?

My goldfish flakes are higher in just about everything except Vitamin C compared
to my goldfish slow-sinking crumbles.
The latter has about 6 times (min. 1400 vs. 250 mg/kg) the Vitamin C of the
flakes, but
tend to get lodged in the gravel before the fish can eat them.
