Just saw a website that states that the Panda Oranda is actually an
oranda that is going from all black to white or gold!

What say you? Breeders are charging DOUBLE for these orandas than for
normal colors!

Also, will most orandas change to all orange after they mature, or will
some retain white or black markings?

Yes panda orandas are the ttransition between white to orange! But breeders
are actually breeding pandas that retain their panda colouration for longer
