Cleaned his tank, (it needed it!) and have restricted his diet as
nippyfish suggested....
Noted today that the belly swelling, while not totally gone, is way down!
He's also more active as well and is begging more than ever. <G>
He seems to be feeling better as well as looking better.

The snail liked the peas but when I started back to feeding more
bloodworms, he prefers those as well. <lol>
I did not make it back to the pet store yet for some alternative foods
but I'll try to get over there in the morning before I go to work.
How long will live brine shrimp live in fresh water?
If I were to hatch and raise some "sea monkeys" in a separate salt water
environment and just scoop a few in for him each day, how would that
work?
