Hi, My new tank has these little orangy-reddish guys on the glass and
rock and from what I've read they are flatworms which are real bad,
anybody have any recommendations please ?

if you want to go the natural way, try a velvet nudibranch or a six
line wrasse. My six line has cut my flat worm population down to next
to nothing.

Well I don't have any fish yet so maybe the wrasse will be on my wish list
when I start to add fish, is it a good fish to start with in a new tank ?
Are they hard to keep ?

They are very hardy, and very beautiful.

They will eat flatworms, but they are also known to eat inverts.
