This is not correct.
Most livestock does come into the country via LA (from the indo
pacific), but othe than going through customs there are many importers
in LA that bring the livestock into there place of business. Plus
livestock comes in through NYC, some Chicago, some through Florida.
Basicly any airport that has direct flights from the country of orgin
for the livestock in question could have a direct importer.
