Please click on the link to ID these guys.
They have multiplied like crazy, and they are starting to pester me.
I thought these were beneficial worms? Whatever they are, and what
should I do.

Your picture shows typical bristle worms, which are scavengers. If you
are growing like crazy that means for some reason there is a lot of food
for them to scavenge on. If you do not want to so many, cut back on
your feeding so they do not have so much food. Now if you get rid of
them somehow (some fish will eat them as well as a few different
crabs/shrimp), then you have to figure out another way to deal with the
exsess food without allowing it to just rot and polute your water.
Personally I would say don't worry about them, but if you do have lots
of them, cut back on your feeding.

Thank you very much Kim. I was beginning to worry I was having an
outbreak of some sort of pest.
Yes, I do have a heavy hand with the feeding. I'm going to cut back.
