Hi Krzysztof,
I think you may be asking the wrong group about this. This newsgroup is
mainly populated by home aquarists and a few professionals who are involved
with the home aquarium market.
It's possible that there is a mailing list or other type of forum that
discusses public aquarium issues but I wouldn't know how to locate such a
group.
You would probably have better luck by contacting an established large
public aquarium such as the Monterey Bay in California (U.S.A.) or the Great
Barrier Reef Wonderland in Australia. I'm sure that both have websites with
contact information.
