i tested the water - and it seems to be in the green.
if the little guy falls between the rocks .. will he live down there ? - i
can not seem to find him. will he fiind his way ?
this is the set up : 33 G 30*21*18
2 aurora 50/50 (20w ea)
2 coral sun actinic 420 610 mm
which i have not put on timers yet .- any suggestions to times ?
filter/heater -
30lbs of live rock
10lbs of base rock
crush corel bottom
2 power heads for current - 1 for 30 gal and 1 for 50 gal. I have learned
not to put all my fate into the LFS .. becuase they are not always correct!
I have been doing my 10% water change. . and making sure my PH/ NO3/NH3/NO2
are all in check.
salinity reads fine. and water temp is at 80
so far i have a green button polyp - he has grown a few buddies. Mushrooms,
that seem to be free floating now, ( a couple smalls ones are left on the
rock) some leather coral - blue and pink ( these are all small frags ) some
other type of polyp - tree like & pink.
there is one yellow wrasse, clearner shrimp, 4 turbo snails, 12 hermit (
blue leg/tiger )
My over all goal is to have a reef tank. -
