Hello Group.
I live about 1/4 mile from Lake Erie. I went to the beach the other nite to
watch the sunset. Beautiful! Anyway, I noticed a TON of Zebra Mussel shells
in easily collectible pockets on the shore. Would they have any use in my
FOWLR tank? I thought the calcium content might be of value. They are very
thin and crush very easily - between your fingers. How about adding to the
refugium. ANY thoughts?
