Hi
I bought an Eheim external filter! The tank holds 350l and the one in the
hood was never going to cope. I think this was just so they could say it
was 'complete'.

Hi ,
Yes that seems to be the catch word now so people thin they are getting
a good deal only to find that something needs to be upgraded to cope
with water quality , I would still run the "internal" as well to give
you a back up it would be ideal for using with Activated carbon , zeolite
, and /or ion exchange bags for phosphate nitrate etc , or you cold
run something like peat if you wanted to lower the pH for S.American
fish.
