Hi,

What is the best was to get rid of hair algae?

I have read that it only thrives when nitrate is over 10ppm, I have had a
recent explosion in my nitrate, I am treating it with water changes and also
AmQuel+ Plus

I have also read algone is good to use as well, but I have 4 oto's in my
tank and I don't want to kill of all the algae as they will starve.

Manually removing hair algae doesn't work as it just grows back, any ideas,
am I doing the right things to help this situation?

Thanks

§tudz
