sometime.
I have coldwater fish at the moment, and have had most of my life (too many
years!Erm, no, not enough yet actually!!) with a few tanks of trops added
every now and then. But I have just ordered my first marine tank. I'm
going for a 5 x 2 x 3 foot tank (225 us gal?) with trickle filter system, T5
lights (colour, daylight and moonlight on a timer). I'm hoping to be able
to put the skimmer below the tank with the filters, aided if needs be by
another pump, but I am not fully sure that is possible yet. UV will also go
below decks in the cab.
I haven't yet given serious thought to the fish stock but am working along
the lines of some corals, some shrimps, and then I like the look of box
fish, puffer fish and sea horses (absolutley favourite marine animal). I
then love the looks of the bi-chromic fishes - the purple and yellow type.
Not getting to species type yet, just how the thing will look.
Any thoughts anyone?
