Please log in for more thread options After (stupidly) trusting shop advice on the number and type of fish
we can put in our 3.5ft tank when we first started it up at the start
of the year, we've now wised up and realised our foolishness.
We've had to decide which fish we want to keep and how we want our
tank to be.
In light of this, we have an additional 2ft tank for guppy fry, and
possibly for our frogs once they grow too big to peacefully live in
our other tank with the fish.
This does mean, however, that we need to find a new home for our 5
silver sharks. They're only babies really, with 3 being around 3-4
inches and 2 being around 2-3 inches but obviously our tank is not big
enough by any stretch of the imagination for them and we cannot
upgrade to a massive tank as we're students.
We paid =A38 for each of the sharkies and we'd quite like a bit of money
back towards the other fish, but finding a good home with a big enough
tank and the right community is important so I'm loathe to just
advertise anywhere.
Does anyone know where is the best place to find a new home for them
or can anyone help?
We're in Surrey, England.
Thanks all in advance.
