Basically an LED in a small holder with a suction cup. They connect to an external power module. I find them a bit pricey so you might shop around. You can hide the LEDs on the tank sides pointing back towards the bubble wall, or if you have some rocks, it's relatively easy to hide the LEDs in there. Not all colours are equally effective. I find blue works well (esp. on light coloured gravel) and so does red.
