I'm not too far away from you (maybe!!), i'm in Leeds. If you are near the
A1 or along the A19, I can maybe get a few for you and drop them off? I am
going to Peterlee next week possibly, can go either way.

B&Q do a thin sheet in a roll that has one side covered in foil for
insulation under a wood flooring its about 3mm thick from memory. or
they do grey foam have a look in the wood floor section

The original posting was posted after two visits to B&Q, which told me
they didn't sell them because of building regs!

On my return this evening, it would appear, they do sell them, and I
bought a pack of 20 for £5.00 ish, 300mm x 300mm, they just hadn't got
them on the shelves, as my local store has been re-furbished, and they
didn't know where the stock was!
