Should be no difference between the two. Just make sure when you do clean
it, you use a pad for acrylic tanks which is less likely to scratch. You may
have a problem with the coralline algae though. It will build up in places
that are good, but also on the front glass. You usually need to remove it
with a blade and that could be problematical with acrylic.

Cheers for the fast reply.....i guess when you mention 20x vol circ you are
talking about powerhead and not actual filter through put?

Also is there a rule of thumb re amount of live rock / vol ?

Further what easy/hardy fish/inverts would you recommend for my 400 L?
